Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Pack Your Items
Carefully place the unused product in its original Hario packaging to ensure it remains protected during transit.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely fix it to the outside of your return parcel.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
